A Happy, Caring School Committed to Excellence”

Welcome to our website, we hope you find it useful and informative.

Our school is situated approximately half a mile from the centre of Ripon. It is set in extensive grounds with large field areas, mature trees, a wildlife area, gardens and enclosed play areas.

The buildings are light, spacious and well equipped. We have a large school hall, purpose built Nursery and a school kitchen which prepares our school meals.

We aim to give all children the best possible start to their education and provide a caring and exciting learning environment. We believe school should be a place where children are enthused and motivated by their learning. Here at Moorside Infants we have dedicated staff, happy children, good facilities, high expectations and an emphasis on knowing and catering for every child’s strengths and needs.

Our school has been at the heart of the Moorside Community for over 50 years and we recognise the need to develop effective partnerships with all parents and carers and members of our local community. We understand that choosing a school for your child is one of the most important decisions parents face.

We hope this website will give you an insight into our School and Nursery. Please feel free to contact school directly to arrange to come and visit us, you will be made very welcome.
